The Fullerton Rag blog has called out the carpetbaggin’ former Mayor of Irvine Sukhee Kang for…carpetbaggin.’ They also point out the disgusting lock step endorsements of the Dem party apparatus whose members couldn’t care less that Sukhee Kang moved here to run for office, and just as bad, left a stinking pile of a disaster in Irvine.

The Rag also points out, quite accurately, that Sharon Quirk Silva has endorsed this pathetic career politician wannabe. In 2014 she denounced her Assembly opponent as – you guessed it – a carpetbagger! Well, we’re used to shameless hipocrisy in pea-brained politician but that really takes the cake.

As I have always known about Chang’s past, she has made false claims about having a college degree I have see in OCPoliticsblog before, I do not support any candidate in the 29th state district because Ling Ling Chang and Sukhee Kang just as bad when it comes to their past. My opinion is that Kang’s record in Great Park funding is actually worse than Chang’s false claims about having a college degree. As a republican, it looks like Josh Newman is the only hope for state senate 29 even though I don’t support him.

By the way, this still makes Sukhee Kang the most corrupt candidate available which wasting a quarter billion in Great Park funds is more of a big deal than Chang’s false claims about her education which the requirements to run for state assembly is being a business owner city council, and mayor which she has three (http://ocpoliticsblog.com/2014/03/28/wisckols-attack-on-55th-a-d-candidate-ling-ling-chang-is-ridiculous/) and yet, it still doesn’t make Chang look any good since she was hand picked by my party because of the Asian vote (I’m also blaming both parties, not the Republicans only). And yet, that independent poll released from Kang’s campaign is just trying to make his pathetic self look good while his opponents look bad. His poll showed that many Asians overwhelmingly back gun control and by the way, I’m Chinese and I believe that the second amendment should not be violated. I agree Carpetbagger, Sukhee Kang just want to make him self look good with the poll he released about his opponent. It’s biased and pathetic. As a moderate Democrat, I believe that the second amendment has to be protected which many Democrats are against and yet, gun control laws DO NOT stop crime. Call me a DINO and I don’t care since this is my opinion. It increases the crime and remember the Kate Steinle shooting in San Francisco with strict gun control laws which didn’t work. I am not a big fan of Donald Trump because of his rhetoric towards hispanics (Coming from a Mexican) is alienating and Kang is just using the Trump strategy to attack his opponent. The Trump effect on local GOP candidates down the ballot depends on the voters who decides their victory or fate in a competitive district based on their record (Good, Moderate, or Bad record). Oh for Ling Ling Chang, I previously support her until I found out that she was handpicked by the GOP to run against Kang so my vote will go to Newman for the primary and since she hasn’t been in office for that long, she needs to to her job. And OcPoliticsBlog that you mentioned, I read about the topic about her false claims by searching her name and I found that the attack was ridiculous since local newspaper websites had made a mistake about her biography, she was kind of honest about her biography despite of the college degree attack which the main requirements to run for a partisan office is City Council which she served and a business owner. First of all she is from Taiwan and the actual fact is she currently has no degree yet since the city council and Daily Bulletin claimed she earned a degree in biology which is a mistake. With my own opinion answering this question, Kang is actually the worse because wasting a quarter million dollars instead of building a park is a huge problem and he should be arrested along with Larry Agran, Beth Krom, and whoever else is responsible! 591 people were surveyed in this poll and the majority of the voters are undecided in the poll of the candidates of 29th state senate district. Notice that the poll only includes Ling Ling Chang but not Josh Newman like he is nonexistent. The polling opinion should be about three candidates not two only. Total bias in this polling. Examples of the bias includes 67% of Republicans would frown at a candidate for making false statements about their biography which was a mistake made by the Diamond Bar city council and Daily Bulletin on Chang’s biography which she was always honest and Kang is already taking this seriously like this is going to hurt her campaign when his record in Irvine has much more of an explanation of where the funding for the great park went when he was mayor. Despite of that issue back in 2014, majority of Republican voters still voted for Chang for Assembly with 63.7% of the vote. I’m not defending Ling Ling Chang but those are the main facts.
Yeah, Kang is already using the Donald Trump candidacy to describe Chang’s general election performance when he is a racist. A racist that discriminated against former governor Arnold Schwarzenegger that he can’t be governor of California because of his English and his accent while backing Gray Davis. By the way, I’m am not a fan of Donald Trump. He thinks Donald Trump is going to effect his opponent’s performance in the general election since voters decides which victories or fate it goes to.
Poor Josh Newman is left out of his party and I agree, the people in the district should spread the message that Kang is not the best choice for state senate. And yes, all three candidates are not that well known in the 29th state senate district. Not just Ling Ling Chang and Josh Newman. Vote against Sukhee Kang in the primary and let Josh Newman compete against Ling Ling Chang! I have heard that the Kang supporters threatened Josh Newman to drop out of the race since he is taking Kang’s votes, thinks he is nonexistent, thinks he is the best candidate to win the seat since Newman is weak, and he should endorse Sukhee Kang when he drops out. (I have heard such comments from other blog websites)
Whatever you do to stop Kang is to make Anti-Kang signs, inform your friends, family, and neighbors you know in the district which you probably did, make fliers, spread the word of this website, and talk to likely voters at events you attend.

As a moderate independent, my words for Sukhee Kang is he is stupid, desperate, ignorant, selfish, biased about his opponents when it comes to polling, and self serving. I am a Vietnamese and I agree with all of the above with carpetbagger and Stanton Dem, I also support the second amendment as well. How are we going to protect ourselves from a serious crime if we are not armed? We could be seriously injured or even killed. Think about it! Crime is rising throughout California in wake of high unemployment and the result of Prop 47. Seventy-Six percent of us Asians and Sixty-Five of Hispanics back gun control, he is in denial with my opinion. Who cares if Chang voted to allow guns on campuses, it’s for safety and a way to stop a serious crime such as a mass shooting. Less likely to vote for a candidate for both racial groups? We will see about that because a lot of Asians who are foreign born are more likely to cross party lines just to vote one of their own and I am not one of those people. I vote for a candidate based on issues. Not party loyalty and ethnicity! I do see that the poll didn’t include opinions about Josh Newman but Chang which Newman should be included because he is also running. Looks like Newman is nonexistent because he doesn’t have a chance and he should drop out according to one of Kang’s supporters and my words are, “We will have to see about that”! Ling Ling Chang backing Trump? I have heard that she doesn’t like Trump and she actually backs Marco Rubio for president.
