Yesterday at 4:17 pm, I took a few pictures of one of our prolific Carpetbagger signs. This one was right below one of Sukhee’s signs.
I emailed both photos to my contact at the FPPC, reminding him that Sukhee had recently filed a complaint regarding the size of the disclaimer on our signs.
Notice how much larger our “paid for” mark is compared to the mark on Sukhee’s own sign?
Of course Sukhee’s claim is total bullshit, just like the rest of his campaign. What else can you expect from a guy who titles himself a “University Educator” on his ballot statement?
Today I noticed that many of our CARPETBAGGER signs are gone, including the same one that I took a picture just yesterday. .
So Mr. Sukee Kang is playing dirty. We have crossed the point of no return. This means WAR!

This is unbelievable tyranny! Looks like Sukhee Kang is suppressing our rights of expressing the first amendment! His campaign has no right to touch any of the signs who don’t belong to him! Try to put more signs if he takes them down!

If Kang does not like what America stands for, he can go back to South Korea. Don’t come here and try to suppress our first amendment rights! FUCK KANG! For independents, moderates, or liberals do not vote for this disgraceful carpetbagger and vote for Newman as a protest vote!

As of 9 PM and according to the state of secretary’s voter results website, Kang is trailing Newman and Chang for now. http://vote.sos.ca.gov/returns/state-senate/district/29/ . Note, results may update but let’s hope that Kang does not get past the primary and yet this covers all three counties. Not just Orange.

UPDATE as of 4:36 AM: Looks like Sukhee Kang lost the primary with 487 of 487 precincts reporting at 100 percent district wide. Chang with 44.7% of the vote, Newman at 29.2%, and the last but not least Kang at pathetically 26.1%. This is covering parts of Los Angeles, most of north Orange County (the largest slice of 29th state senate district), and San Bernardino county within the city of Chino Hills.

Official results as all three counties reporting as CCC, Kang lost the primary by three percent points to Josh Newman. Kang at 26.8 (44,766) and Newman at 29.2 percent (48,754).

Today, the carpetbagger released a letter concluding with the fact that he has conceded the election today ten hours ago. http://myemail.constantcontact.com/Thank-You-for-Your-Support-.html?soid=1101766369065&aid=wAFlPDUWsdc . I recommend that this website should remain up just in case Kang decides to run for another office in the future so we can get the word out against him. Evidently, Kang said, “hope to see you again in the near future” means to probably run for another office as a perpetual candidate.
Always, keep vigilant on Kang’s actions. We did a great job this year on stopping Kang. Ballots are still being counted right now and Kang is not likely to overcome his defeat districtwide.

There is a possibility in 2018 or 2020 that Kang might run for Fullerton city council or even Board of Supervisors 4th district when Shawn Nelson terms out in 2018. Whatever Kang is running in the future, we will be sure we get the word out against Kang because his past record does not make him fit to be elected anywhere else in Orange County.

That is true. People in his camp are talking about Kang’s next political move. Apparently, he has not had enough yet and is positioning himself to run again in our area in the near future. Some people never learn.
