As we now know, the Irvine “Great Park” has turned out to be not great and not a park. Instead, over $200,000,000 was wasted by Larry Agran and his puppet, Sukhee Kang, largely doled out to friends and campaign consultants in the form of no-bid, fixed fee contracts – the type that are designed to evade audit and scrutiny.
Sloppy Sukhee just couldn’t couldn’t write those checks fast enough and in a settlement agreement with one of his pals actually signed an agreement that had never been ratified by the Irvine City Council.
The pork grease flowed freely in Irvine for the better part of six years with zero accountability.
And you can’t put lipstick on that pig, no matter how hard you try.

The funny thing is how Sukhee tried to play dumb during his deposition. Or was he playing? Either way he left a filthy pig sty behind him.

Yeah, Sukhee Kang is a pig since he, King Agran, and Krom left a big sloppy mess with the Great Park funding.
